The account page shows every jar and where it is. You'll also get a tracking email the moment it leaves the bench.

If it hasn't been packed yet, email us with the order number and we'll swap it. Once it's in the jar, it's yours.

Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement. Food isn't returnable, so keep the jar.

A 25 oz clear wide-mouth jar, about 680 g of mix. Call it 23 handfuls of 30 g, which is how the label counts too.

2 to 8. The jar is always full: it holds 8 scoops, and they split across whatever you put in. Add something and it takes its share; take something out and the rest fill back in. Dial anything up or down — up to 6 scoops of one thing — and what you set stays put while the rest adjusts. Dusts ride on top and don't take a scoop.

Every ingredient has a price per scoop, shown right on its tile. Your jar is its 8 scoops at their prices, plus the jar itself — so it's priced exactly for what's in it at every moment, and hovering anything shows what the jar would cost with it in.

Tap a ninth and we'll show you what's in there with what each swap would do to the price. Pick one and the new thing takes its place. Undo is right there if you change your mind.

Every ingredient on the shelf has its own numbers. Your label is the weighted sum of what you put in, per 30 g handful, worked out before you pay.

Every ingredient carries its allergens and the jar's label lists all of them. On the allergens page you can flip off what you can't have and the shelf shrinks to what's safe.

Yes. Every mix has a remix button. Swap out what you'd pick out, keep the rest, and it's yours. Their cut still lands.

Yes. Where an ingredient is a product you already know, we buy it in the same bags you would and repack it on the bench; its allergens and nutrition come straight from the maker's label. Those products are trademarks of their owners, who aren't affiliated with us and haven't endorsed anything here.

Most of the shelf is stocked and ready. Limited things are stocked in small quantities, so they occasionally sell out and come back. Drops are seasonal and only on the shelf while the drop is open.

Pick a jar, pick every 2, 4 or 8 weeks, and it's 15% off every time. Each one is still packed to order the day it's due.

Any time, from the account page. Skip a delivery, pause for a while, swap the jar, or cancel. No calls, no forms.

Two ways. Ship a jar to an address you know, or send a link and let them pick their own mix. Either way a card goes in the box, in your words.

Send the link. They open it, build or tweak a jar, and enter the address themselves. You never have to ask.

No. No receipt in the box, no prices on the card or the label.

Same as everything else: packed to order, shipped fast. A link gift ships once they've picked their jar.

Their name. The jar's label reads FOR them instead of Crunch Club, and your note goes on the card.

Build a set. Design one label, then order it on 6 jars or 500: the same name on every jar, or a different name on each. The ideas pages (favors, teacher gifts, client gifts, team jars) open the set builder already filled in; the builder's "Make it a set" does the same for any jar.

Yes, automatically: 10% off at 6 jars, 15% off at 12 jars, 20% off at 24 jars, off each jar's one-time price. The set builder and the cart show the tier you're in and how many more jars reach the next one. It doesn't stack with subscribe & save, and wholesale (a case a month, invoiced) has its own deeper table.

Yes — up to 60 names in one set. Paste the list and each jar prints its own sticker on the same design. Put the shared line (the bride, the company, the team) on top or underneath; either way it's one price across the set.

Yes. Tap any jar in the set to give it its own mix, or to tweak the set's mix a little — jerky in, chocolate out for the one who can't have it. You can also split a set: six jars that say one thing with one mix, six that say another. Every jar still carries its own full label.

Together. One box to one address — the host, the office, the rental — packed to order and shipped fast. Orders in before 2pm Central ship the same business day. For more than 500 jars, or jars to several addresses, email us and we'll sort it by hand.

Your group builds one jar, puts its name on the label and shares one link. Supporters buy it online; we pack and ship every jar and pay your group out. Setup is about ten minutes at /fundraising/start.

10% of every jar's retail price, plus 100% of whatever you add on top (up to $15 a jar), plus 100% of any tips supporters leave at checkout. The page shows the number before anyone buys.

Nothing. No setup fee, no minimum, nothing to buy up front, no inventory. Supporters pay for their jars and their own shipping.

No. Any group with a bank account can run one — a team, a class, a troop, a church, a club. Stripe verifies the person who connects the account, the way it does for any small business.

Sales clear after the refund window, then pay out to your group's bank through Stripe — automatically when the fundraiser ends, or sooner if you ask. The dashboard shows what's cleared and what's still on hold, with a CSV for the treasurer.

Yes. Order a case at volume pricing (up to 20% off) with the same mix and label and sell it at the table, the game, the lobby. That margin is your group's in full.

Build a jar, name it, publish it from the label page. You get a link. Every jar sold from that link pays you.

10% of every jar sold from your link, before tax and shipping, for as long as it sells. Remixes of your mix and subscriptions to it count too.

Stripe. You connect a bank once. Each sale clears after a 14-day hold, then pays out automatically.

No. Nothing exists until it's ordered. We pack, ship and answer the questions. You make the mix and talk about it.

No. You need people who trust your snack opinions. A four-digit follower count and a real point of view is plenty to start.

Stripe handles it: any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Food isn't returnable. If it arrives wrong or damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we replace it.

5 to 10 business days back to the original card, depending on your bank.

Usually a pending hold that clears on its own in a few days. If it doesn't, email us the order number and we'll sort it.
