Mission Trip Fundraising with Custom Snack Mixes.
The support letter, with a link in it. Your team's story, your jar and a number that moves. People who'd have set the letter aside buy two jars and tip the trip.
Groups like your church aim for about 200 jars — $1350 raised. Free to start.

How Groups Like Yours Move Jars.
Most of these take one message and a table.

- 01
Put the link in the letter.
And the QR. The letter becomes a reason to visit the page, and the page does the asking better than paper can.
- 02
Commissioning Sunday table.
A case at bulk pricing on the day the team is prayed over. The room is ready to give; make it easy.
- 03
Update the story.
Edit the page as the date gets closer — the team photo, the packing list, the countdown. Re-share it each time.
The Short Version.
Anything else, hello@crunchclub.com is a real inbox.
Do we need to be a registered nonprofit?
No. Any group with a bank account can run one. Stripe verifies the person who connects the account the way it does for any small business; a 501(c)(3) letter isn't required.
Can supporters give without buying a jar?
Yes. Turn on donations and the checkout offers a tip line; 100% of it goes to the fundraiser. Supporters can also add a tip on top of a jar.
When does the money arrive?
Sales clear after the refund window, then pay out to your group's bank through Stripe — automatically when you end the fundraiser, or sooner if you ask. Your dashboard shows what's cleared and what's still on hold.
Do we have to deliver anything?
No. Every jar ordered through your link is packed fresh and shipped fast by us, straight to the supporter. If you also want jars to sell in person, order a case at bulk pricing.
